About a year ago, I started thinking about different ways to improve my life. It occurred to me that I rarely went in for my regular checkups, so I started focusing more seriously on finding a great doctor who could help. I wanted to find a health care clinic that would work with me to create a personalized plan, and it was really incredible to be able to find a group that understood what I was trying to do. By the time we had our physicals and really took care of our health, it was amazing to feel the difference. This blog is all about getting more out of health care.
